DESCRIPTION:Los días 4\, 11\, 18 de Febrero y 4 de Marzo Amisha Fells ha organizado 4 sesiones grupales de Arteterapia gratuitas. \n«En un espacio preparado para ti para aprender a soltar emociones a través de varias formas de arte nos sumergiremos en lo más profundo de nuestro ser para sanar vivencias traumáticas\, perder miedos \,aceptar y perdonar.» \nDuración de la actividad : 2 horas.\nHorario: de 11 a 13 horas. \nPrimer día: 4 de Febrero Presentación en círculo. Trabajaremos con dos elementos: la tierra y el agua para plantar un propósito o deseo .Artes que utilizaremos : bailar\, pintar y cantar.\nFruta y té para merendar.\nMeditación guiada. \nSegundo día: 11 de Febrero Presentación en círculo. Utilizaremos dos elementos: el fuego para soltar algo que no queramos ya y el aire para mover la energía para atraer lo bueno.\nArtes que utilizaremos: canto y danza.\nTarta de zanahoria \,zumo y fruta. Círculo del masaje. \nTercer día: 18 de Febrero Presentación en círculo. Los elementos que trabajaremos son el ether y la luz . Activar la voz interior a través del ether\, ver la luz en nosotros mismos y los demás y activar la intuición y telepatía.\nArtes: Interpretación rítmica y pintura.\nMini tostadas con paté vegano\, humus y crudites y té.\nRelajación con sonido. \nCuarto día : 4 de Marzo .Presentación en grupo.\nElemento : Espacio. Meditación para conectarnos con el cosmos. Artes que utilizaremos : Danza cósmica\, escribir un poema y compartirla en grupo y pintar en grupo.
